On November 26, 2017, Grace and Kyle became Mr. & Mrs. Hardy at the beautiful Swan & Dolphin Resort in Orlando, Florida. They had an intimate celebration with their family and friends. It was the most perfect day for their ceremony at the Swan Resorts outdoor Crescent Terrace location. White folding chairs were all lined up nicely under the string lights that hung above. A true picturesque moment.
My day began at 10am, when I met Grace and the ladies are her suite. Hair and Makeup were just about finished. The anticipation and excitement of the day filled the room. I was so excited for Kyle to see Grace as she looked drop dead gorgeous. I really love how she added off the shoulder sleeves to her wedding gown. It was such a feminine touch. But my favourite accessory she had was her sparkly blue Keds. They were awesome. And not to mention very comfy.
As we made our way to the ceremony, they had a table set up for their guest book and a memorial table. I always love when couples honour special people in their lives who are unable to attend. Soon it was time for Grace to make her way down the aisle. With her dad by her side, they took the emotional walk together. I will never forget the way Kyle looked at her as she made her way to him. SO much love in his eyes. Grace wore the biggest smile on her face. You could not plan these moments. It was beautiful. They exchanged vows and rings. Sealed it with a kiss and made their way back down the aisle as Mr. & Mrs. Hardy. Yahoo!
We had the most perfect lighting for photos after the ceremony, I mean DREAM lighting. I could not resist but to take so many beautiful photos of Grace. I mean, look at her. Did I mention how much I love working with veils? They truly are a timeless bridal accessory. The Swan Resort is a great location for portraits. So many great locations to work with in a close distance.
When we were done photos, we headed inside the Swan Resort where the couple chose to host their brunch reception. The room smelled delicious. Oh, and the cake! It was seriously the most amazing cake ever. Some extra special Disney magic on that one. The reception was short and sweet, but filled with life long memories. Grace and Kyle shared in their first dance as husband and wife. Grace shared an emotional first dance with her dad. And Kyle and his mom swayed to the music with laughter in their hearts and joy in their eyes. They cut the cake and enjoyed the company of their guests. It was a wonderful wedding and one that I was sure glad to be able to spend their day with them.
