This St. Mary’s Golf & Country Club wedding was intimate, simple and full of tear, laughter and so many wonderful moments. Katie and Scott chose this beautiful location for the backdrop on their wedding day. To say there was a shortage of tears would be a lie. Tissues were being toss around like crazy all day long, so much so I started keeping a couple extras in my back pocket to pull out when needed.
Although Katie and Scott chose to not do a first look as a couple, there were a few that took place. The first one, Katie and her maids. Again, plenty of happy tears were shed. Not to mention multiple makeup fixes. The second look was with her father. I was given a heads up that there will be plenty of tears for this moment as well. It was so sweet to watch the bond that Katie and her dad share. It was instant tears and lots of hugs.
The next round of tears came from Scott as he watched his beautiful bride make her way down the aisle with her dad by her side. His reaction to seeing her was endearing and beautiful. The ceremony was short and sweet and also had a few good laughs as Scott struggled to get the kids on Katie’s finger. Overall it was a beautiful day filled with many beautiful moments. Congrats again to you both.
