This winter engagement session showcases Jimi and Kyle and their sweet little pooch. We were finally blessed with a warm-ish winter day and decided to head out to Huron Natural Area for their engagement shoot. They will be having a winter wedding as well at the oh so fabulous Cambridge Mill in January 2020. If you know me, you know I have a love-hate relationship with winter. While it can create some of the most stunning wedding images ever, it can also just be so brutally cold. And again, if you know me, I adore the heat. The hotter the better actually. But, I will do just about anything to create the most stunning images for my clients, even if that does mean working in – 20 degree weather.
But this session was perfect. The weather was spot on. And their pup, well who could resist that adorable face. I really hope that the pup makes an appearance at the wedding. Wouldn’t he just be adorable in a tux?
Huron is a very popular spot for engagement sessions and for good reason. The wide-open fields, the beauty that the changing of the seasons brings, and the accessibility for all, you should consider this for one of your family sessions too. If you would like to see another blog from a session at Huron Natural Area I can hook ya up with that simply follow this link here.
But really, how cute was that pup with all the snow on his face. Playing in the snow with my couples can really be a lot of fun, but always more fun when they bring their beloved pets to join in!
I will be sure to share more images from Jimi + Kyle’s winter wedding as well. So be sure to keep an eye out for that post soon!
